Remora spent some valuable time at the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center in Surf City, NC. When she was brought to the turtle hospital, she had a remora fish attached to her shell. After recovering, she was released back into the ocean in June 2018. This image captures that special day.
